Where are you based?
We're based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Is my transaction secure?
Absolutely – we operate on the Stripe payment system, which has bank-grade security.
Stripe payments are PCI DSS Certified, SSL Encrypted, and operate on a world-class fraud prevention system.
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later payment services?
We do. We have Afterpay available for all orders. Happy shopping!
Shipping questions
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, the shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on location.
How long will shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
The delivery timeframes will depend on the destination, however Auckland orders will generally be delivered overnight, while South Island orders will take 2-3 days.
Do you ship internationally?
We do on the odd occasion, but you won't be able to check out with an address outside of New Zealand.
If you're wanting to get something shipped overseas, contact us at anastasija@vaunehomeware.co.nz with your intended order & delivery address. We will provide a custom shipping quote & invoice for the order if we can deliver to your country.
Can I click & collect my order?
Unfortunately we don't have a click & collect service.
Order questions
Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?
If you want to change or cancel an order after placement, please get in touch with us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate.
Once the order has been packed or dispatched, we won't be able to change anything about the order. You will need to initiate a return or refund process once you have received it.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been picked up by our couriers, you will receive an email from them with your tracking information.
Returns questions
What is your return policy?
We offer hassle free returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in unused, saleable condition with original packaging.

Do you offer change of mind returns?
We do. You have 30 days after your purchase to return your goods.
Please note the goods must be in original/unused condition, and with the original & undamaged packaging.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please get in touch with us to initiate a return, we will provide further instructions.

Do you offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges?
We offer refunds or store credits.
We can only refund to the original payment method.
Once we have refunded your order, you should see the funds come through within 10 working days.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order is broken or defective when it arrives, please send us an email at anastasija@vaunehomeware.co.nz, along with photos of the defect/damage. We will initiate a refund or replacement process from there.
In some instances we will ask you to send the item back to us so we can take the matter further with our suppliers. In this instance, we will arrange and pay for the return shipping, and organise a courier to come pick the item up from a location that suits you.
