Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, however if for whatever reason the item does not meet your expectation we will offer a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in original packaging, in unused and saleable condition
- Any tags on the item must remain attached
- Final sale items are not returnable - we do not offer refunds or exchanges on final sale items
- For general sale items, we offer store credits but no refunds. Full priced items are eligible for both refunds & store credits.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping back to us is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on items lost in return transit. For this reason we strongly recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Store Credits
Alternatively, you can opt to get a store credit instead of a refund. The store credit will remain on your account for future use indefinitely.
Once a store credit has been applied we cannot exchange it for cash.
Exchanges
Please note at this time we are unable to process exchanges without first receiving & refunding the original order in full.
To exchange products that are not like for like we will require the original product to be shipped back to us, we will then issue a refund for the original product and a new order will be placed for the exchange product.
Timeframe for Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 2 days of us receiving the item. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed the refund.
Faulty Items
On the odd occasion where an item arrives damaged or is faulty, we will fix it for you. Send us an email at hello@vaunehomeware.co.nz with some pictures. If you believe the damage was courier transit related, let us know in your email.
Where possible, we will replace the items like for like. If we don't have the items in stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit (of your choice).
Please note that sometimes we may want you to send the item back to us - in this case we will arrange and pay for the return shipping.
